1) To access the Matters page, click on “Matters” menu from top main menu.


2) The system will navigate the user to the Matters page.


3) The SPG Task Page consists of five parts: Label 1, Label 2, Label 3, Label 4 and Label 5.

  • Label 1 – shows the Matter Master List. This displays the matter list with the following information: Reference No., Subject, Client Account, Office Account, Billable and Last Activity.


  • Label 2 – button for adding new matter.


  • Label 3 – shows button function for exporting the matter list data.

- The functions for each button are as shown below:


  • Label 4 – is the search bar function

- This function enables user to search items within the matter list.

- To do a search, type in the item keyword in the search bar.

- The list will directly filter the matter list items according to the searched keyword as shown below:


- The function will instantly filter the matter list information with the entered keyword according to information within the matter list: Reference No., Subject, Client Account, Office Account, Billable and Last Activity.

- Keywords not found within the matter list will display message “No matching records found”.


  • Label 5 – shows the matter list navigation bar.

- This function enables user to move the page, whether to go to previous page or next page, and view the total number of pages.
