1) To create discussion forum for a matter, click on the “Discussion” sub-menu of the Matter Details page as shown below:
2) The system will navigate the user to the “Discussions” sub-menu section as shown below:
3) To add discussion, type message in the “Post a new message” box field.
4) Click “Send” to create the discussion.
5) Successful discussion message created will be displayed below the field as shown below:
6) Other can reply the discussion on the “Reply to comment” box field.
7) To send reply, click on “Add Reply”.
8) The replied comment will be displayed below the discussion message as shown below:
9) Other users can continue to comment on the discussion through the “Add Reply” function.
