1) To access the Tasks page, click on “Tasks” menu from top main menu as shown below:


2) The system will navigate the user to the Tasks page as shown below:


3) The Task Page consists of five parts: Label 1, Label 2, Label 3, Label 4 and Label 5.

  • Label 1 – shows the list of tasks assigned. 

The list displays the following information:

- Task Name – is the name of the task.

- Status – is the current status of the task, whether it is: Open, Closed or Pending.

- Priority – is the priority level set for the task.

- Level selection consists of: Low, Medium or High.

- Each level is labeled with a different color scheme: yellow (low), blue (medium), and red (high).

- Target – is the time duration for the task.

- The system will automatically set the target label according to the due date set for the tasks.

- Target labels consists of the following: Today (same date), This Week (less than 7 days), This Month (less than 30 days), - - Upcoming (more than 30 days), and Overdue (less than a day).

- Due – is the due date for the task to be completed.

- Matter – is the matter to which the task is associated to.

- Assigned To – is the task owner for the task that will be handling the task.

- Last Activity – displays the time interval for the last activity time to when the task was updated.


  • Label 2 – button function for adding new task.


  • Label 3 – shows function for conversion of the task list data.

- Function for each button are as shown below:


  • Label 4 – is the search bar function.

- This function enables user to search items in the task list.

- To do a search, type in the item keyword in the search bar.

- The list will directly filter the task list items according to the searched keyword as shown below:


- The list will filter the item keywords according to information within the task list: Task Name, Status, Priority, Target, Due, Matter, Assigned To and Last Activity.

- Item keywords not found within the task list will display message “No matching records found”.


  • Label 5 – shows the task list navigation bar.

- This function enables user to move the page, whether to go previous page or next page, and view the total number of pages.

- The functions are as shown below:


- The maximum number of task items displayed per page is 25 tasks. The next following 26th task will be brought to the next page.
