1) To create discussion forum for selected task, click on the Discussion sub-menu of the Task Details page as shown below:
2) The system will navigate the user to the Discussion section as shown below:
3) To add discussion, type in message in the “Post a new message” box field.
4) Click “Send” to create the discussion.
5) Successful discussion message created will be displayed below as shown below:
6) Other users that wishes to reply the discussion, can reply discussion on “Reply to comment box field.
7) To send reply, click on “Add Reply”.
8) The replied comment will be displayed below of the discussion as shown below:
9) Other users can continue to comment on the discussion through the “Add Reply” function.
