1) To start managing the client detail information, open the Client Details page by clicking on any client from the Client Master List.


2) The Client Details page will be opened according to the selected client.


3) This will bring up the Client Details page as shown below: 


4) The Client Details is divided into two sections: Left Section and Right Section.

  • Left Section consists of the following:

- Client Details Sub-menu – sub-menus that consists of the following: Basic Info, Contacts, Finances, Matters, Notes, Discussion and Activities.

- The description for each sub-menu are as shown below:

- Client Details Information – this shows dashboard for the selected client which displays basic information of client.

- Edit Client Details – is the edit button to edit client information.

- Delete – is the button to delete the client from system.

- Back – is the button to enables user to go back to previous Client Page.


  • Right Section consists of the following:

- Quick Create – is the quick shortcut dropdown for creating new client and adding notes to client.

- Legal Practice Tips – this section displays legal practice tips to be shared amongst users of the system.
