1) To edit contact person detail, click on “Contacts” sub-menu of Client Details page as shown below:


2) The system will navigate the user to the Contacts section as shown below:


3) To edit contact person’s detail, click on “Edit” button on top right of contact’s window as shown below:


4) The dropdown has three following selections:

  • Contact Info – is the button for user to edit contact person’s information detail.

- A pop-up form will be displayed as shown below:

- User can make changes to all fields.

- To apply changes, click “Save Changes”.

- To cancel, click “Cancel”.


  • Change Picture – is the button for user to change contact person’s display picture.

- A pop-up window will be displayed as shown below:

- User can change picture in the following methods

- Drag and drop picture file from computer to the window

- Clicking on window and select picture file from local drive.

- To apply changes, click on “Upload”.

- To cancel, click “Cancel”.


  • Delete – is the button for user to delete a contact person

- To delete a contact person, click the “Delete” button.

- A pop-up message will be displayed to confirm deletion as shown below:

- To confirm deletion, click “Delete”.

- To cancel, click “Cancel”.

- A success message will pop-up on top right to show that task has been successfully deleted as shown below:
