1) To access the system through Internet Browser, open up the preferred Internet Browser (Google Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer) and type in the given URL:
https://app.smartpeguam.com/login
2) This will bring up the SPG system Login Page as shown below:
3) At the beginning of the system, the system will present the Login Page that requires the user to input their login identification and password for authentication purposes
4) Once data is input, the system will verify the user information and it will come to the User Dashboard.
5) Enter registered "User ID" and "Password".
6) Click “Login” to proceed. Alternatively, user can press [Enter] on the keyboard to proceed.
7) If the user ID and password entered are true, user will be navigated into the User Dashboard as shown below:
8) If an error occurs such as wrong password or empty field, the system will display an error message as shown below:
9) User will be required to enter the correct "User ID" and "Password" to gain access to the system.
