1) By default, once user successfully login, the system will navigate user to the User Dashboard, OR
To view User Dashboard, click on “Dashboard” from top main menu as shown below:
2) The system will navigate the user to the SPG User Dashboard as shown below:
3) The Dashboard page consists of nine parts: Label 1, Label 2, Label 3, Label 4, Label 5, Label 6, Label 7, Label 8 and Label 9.
- Label 1 – this section shows the finance summary for Client Account, Office Account, Due Payment and Billable.
- Label 2 – this is the quick shortcut dropdown for creating new items.
- The shortcut button selections are as shown below:
- Label 3 – this section shows the matter list record.
- The Matter List displays the following information:
- Ref No.
- Subject
- Lawyer in Charge
- Status
- Last Update
- User can do quick search for an item from the search bar function on top right.
- User can set the number of entries display per page from entries setting on top left.
- Label 4 – this section is for the time counter setting.
- This section has a timer function.
- User can view the accumulated time count for the day and overall week.
- Label 5 – this section is for calendar view.
- This section shows calendar view for in the following mode:
- This Month
- This Week
- Upcoming
- Label 6 – this is the advertising section for the SPG system.
- Label 7 – this section shows legal practice tips.
- Label 8 – this section shows the list of tasks assigned to the user.
- Label 9 – this section shows the list of overall upcoming events.
