1) To access the Calendar page, click on “Calendar” menu from top main menu as shown below:


2) The system will navigate the user to the SPG Calendar page as shown below:


3) The Calendar page is divided into two sections: Left Section and Right Section.

  • Left Section – this section displays the list of all upcoming events.

- The list will display information of event name and time interval for each respective event

- An icon is also be displayed next to each event according to the event type.


  • Right Section – this section consists of the following:

- Calendar View – this shows the calendar view with the events.

    - By default, the calendar will display the calendar of current month, in month view.

    - All events for the current month will be displayed on their respected date.

- View Mode – this allows user to change view mode in: Month, Week or Day.

- Navigator – this allows user to navigate between months, weeks, or day according to the selected calendar view mode.

- New Button – this is the button for adding new events.
