1) Select an event from the Upcoming Events List. 


2) Once an event has been selected, the system will navigate the user to the Event Details page for the selected event.


3) The Event Details page will present the Event Info sub-menu of the event as shown below:


4) To edit Event Details information, user can make selection from the Quick Edit buttons on top right.


5) The edit buttons consist of three buttons as shown below:


  • Button 1 – this button enables user to reassign and update person in charge for the selected event.


6) To make changes, click on the left-most button.


7) A pop-up form will be displayed as shown below:


8) The pop-up will display two fields: “Event Name” and “Reassign to”.


9) Event name cannot be modified.


10) To modify event owner, click on “Reassign to” dropdown.


11) Make new selection from the dropdown that displays all the registered staff in the system.


12) To apply changes, click “Save Changes”.

 


13) To cancel, click Cancel
