1) To start managing the task information detail, open the Task Details page by clicking on any task from the task list.


2) The Task Details page will be opened according to selected task as shown below:


3) The Task Details Page is divided into two sections: Left Section and Right Section.

  • Left Section consists of the following:

Task Details Sub-Menu – sub-menus category for selected task.

- It consists of the following: Notes, Discussion and Activities.

- The description for each sub-menu are as shown below:

- Task Details Information – the dashboard of the selected task that displays task detail information.

- Quick Edit – are the edit buttons for the selected task.

- Delete – is the button to delete the overall task.

- Back – is the button to allow user to go back to previous Task Page.


  • Right Section consists of the following:

- Quick Create – is the quick shortcut button for creating notes and time entry for the selected task.

- Legal Practice Tips – this section will display legal practice tips to be shared amongst users of the system.
