1) To access the Payments sub-module, click on “Finances” menu from top main menu, then click on “Payments” from dropdown as shown below:


2) The system will navigate the user to the Payment sub-module page as shown below:


3) The Payments sub-module page consists of six parts: Label 1, Label 2, Label 3, Label 4, Label 5 and Label 6.

  • Label 1 – this is the button for adding new payments.


  • Label 2 – this shows the payments amount summary.

It displays the payments information as follows:

- All Payments

- Deposit Received

- Invoice Paid

- Money Taken Out


  • Label 3 – this shows the payments list summary.

It displays the following information:

- Bank Account

- Client

- Matter

- Action Type

- Payment Method

- Created At

- Amount


  • Label 4 - this is the search bar function.

- This function enables user to search items within the payment list.

- To do a search, type in the item keyword in the search bar.

- The list will directly filter the payment list items according to the searched keyword as shown below:

- The function will instantly filter the payment list information with the entered keyword according to information within the payment list.

- Keywords not found within the payment list will display message “No matching records found”.


  • Label 5 - shows function for exporting the flat fee list data.

- The functions for each button are as shown below:


  • Label 6 – shows the payment list navigation bar.

- This function allows user to move the page, whether to go to previous page or next page, and view the total number of pages.

- The functions are as shown below:
