1) To access the Invoices sub-module, click on “Finances” menu from top main menu, then click on “Invoices” from dropdown as shown below:


2) The system will navigate the user to the Invoices sub-module page as shown below:



3) The Invoices sub-module page consists of five parts: Label 1, Label 2, Label 3, Label 4, and Label 5.

  • Label 1 – is the button for creating a new invoice.


  • Label 2 – this shows the invoices list summary.

It displays the following information:

- Ref No.

- Client

- Contact

- Due

- Created At

- Amount



  • Label 3 – this is the search bar function.

- This function enables user to search items within the invoice list.

- To do a search, type in the item keyword in the search bar.

- The list will directly filter the invoice list items according to the searched keyword as shown below:

- The function will instantly filter the invoice list information with the entered keyword according to information within the invoice list.

- Keywords not found within the invoice list will display message “No matching records found”.


  • Label 4 – shows function for exporting the invoice list data.

- The functions for each button are as shown below:


  • Label 5 – shows the invoices list navigation bar.

- This function allows user to move the page, whether to go to previous page or next page, and view the total number of pages.
