1) To create a new quotation, click “New” as shown below:


2) To start adding a new payment transaction, click “New” button on top right of Quotation sub-module page.



3) A pop-up form will be displayed as shown below:


4) The form will require the user to fill in the following information:

  • Client 
  • Contact 
  • Reference No.
  • Start Date
  • Valid Until
  • Itemized Details – this section is for user to fill in the item quotation list details.

It consists of the following details:

- Category

- Item Remarks

- Reference No.

- Amount 


To add more item to the list, click on “Add more item” button on bottom right. A new field will be displayed as shown in below:

To delete an item field, click Delete icon on selected item row. The section will display the grand total of the quotation list on bottom right.

5) Fill in all required information in the form.


6) To make changes, click “Save Changes”.


7) To cancel, click “Cancel”.
