1) To access the Configuration page, click on “More..” menu from top main menu, then click on “Configuration” from dropdown as shown below:


2) The system will navigate the user to the Configuration page as shown below:


3) The Configuration page consists of four parts: Label 1, Label 2, Label 3 and Label 4.


  • Label 1 – this is the settings button for the Configuration page.

- The dropdown will display three buttons as shown below:

- It consists of the following buttons:

    - Firms Info – this is the settings for changing the firm information on Configuration page.

    - Change Logo – this is the settings for changing the firm logo display on Configuration page.

    - Add New User – this is the settings for adding a new team


  • Label 2 – this section shows the firm logo and information.

- User can only view the firm information from the section.

- The section displays the following information

    - Firm Name – this is the name of the firm company.

    - Firm Description – this is description of the firm company.

    - Address – this is the location address of the firm company.

    - Telephone – this is the telephone number of the firm company.

    - Fax – this is the fax number of the firm company.

    - Email – this is the email address of the firm company.

    - Website – this is the website address of the firm company.

    - Remarks – this is additional remarks regarding the firm


  • Label 3 – this section shows the list of registered staffs for the firm.

- The list will display the team member’s name and position.


  • Label 4 – this section shows the legal practice tips to be shared amongst members of the system.
